Other Mail Programs not listed
If you have a mail program installed on your computer that is not listed here, you may call our Technical Support Department (252) 535-1456 for help setting it up. If you would like to try setting it up yourself, look for words like "Options", "Mail", "Services", etc. to click on to get you into the setup. The most important thing to remember is that the mail servers are "mail.3rddoor.com" (without the quotes) and your account name and password needs to be typed in exactly as it was given to you. You can usually find out how to get into your mail program setup by clicking on "Help" from the menu. Several of the programs listed here are available for download free-of-charge from Microsoft's web site. Or, you can download Eudora Light from the 3rddoor's web site for free.
